The Irving Soccer Association exists to provide a positive experience for Irving youths through soccer. Our primary objectives include letting the kids have fun playing soccer, teaching soccer skills, and building character by teaching concepts such as the rewards of hard work, teamwork, and goal setting and accomplishment. To facilitate these objectives, it is incumbent upon each and every coach, parent and spectator to serve as a positive role model for the kids at all times.

Resolution of personal problems and issues clearly has no place at soccer related functions such as practices and games. Especially when such resolution includes emotional outbursts, displays of anger, or spreading of gossip. Such actions make a stressful environment, which detracts from the children's enjoyment of soccer activities. And such actions clearly do not conform to the image of a positive role model.

Coaches, parents and spectators who are unable to leave their personal problems outside the realm of soccer activities, and who engage in inappropriate outbursts or conversations at practice or game fields, may be suspended from attending such activities by an ISA commissioner or board member.

LEARN, TEACH, HAVE FUN AND LET THE KIDS PLAY.
